How to Make Soya Cream chaap at Home

Ingredients for Soya Cream Champ
1/2 kg arc
3 chopped onions
2 green chillies
2 cardamom
5 black pepper
1 bay leaves
1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
Salt to taste
1 cup yogurt
Fenugreek seeds
1 piece cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
150 ml cream
Oil as per requirement
Soya Cream champ Method
First of all put the cooking oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add an arc to it and cook it on a low flame.
Between - keep turning the arc in between.
Now heat some oil in a pan. Add all the standing spices ie bay leaf, cinnamon, black pepper and cardamom.
Now add finely chopped onions and fry them till they turn golden brown.
After frying the onion, add coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, garlic-ginger paste and mix it well.
After frying the beans, add curd and stir for a minute. Now add green chili and salt and mix.
-Your masala is ready. Stir in the prepared spices and stir, add about half a cup of water and allow the gas to rise to a boil.
When it comes to a boil, reduce the gas and cover it and cook it for five minutes.
Now stir the chaap and add kasoori methi and cream and mix it well.
-Your cream chap gravy is ready.
