Cook Paneer Butter Masala-Dish Recipe in Cooker

necessary ingredients
200 grams cottage cheese, cut into cubes
1 bay leaf
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/4 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons butter / butter
Ingredients for gravy:
1 onion, chopped
3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Green Chilli, chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green cardamom
2-3 cloves
Half inch cinnamon stick
10-12 cashews
For decoration
Cream
coriander leaves
Method
Grind all the ingredients in the gravy with a little water in a mixer jar.
Put ghee in a pressure cooker in medium heat and keep it for heating.
When the ghee gets hot, add gravy to it and fry it for 2 minutes and mix the rest of the spices.
Add paneer to it and cook for 2 whistles. When the pressure of the cooker is over, take out the paneer vegetable in a bowl.
- If the gravy is too thick then add some milk and dilute it.
Garnish the prepared paneer masala with cream and coriander leaves and serve.
