Necessary ingredients
500 grams Parwal
4 tomatoes sliced
2 onions, finely sliced
2 in. ginger grated
8-9 cloves Garlic, finely sliced
5-6 inexperienced chillies, chopped
3 whole red chillies
4 tbsp oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 pinch asafetida (hing)
Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to style
Half a teaspoon garam masala
2 tbsp finely sliced coriander leaves
1 little piece of lentil sugar
½ teaspoon red chile powder
Method
- Peel the parwal with a knife.
Then combine turmeric and salt in it and keep it for a few time.
Heat three teaspoons of oil in an exceedingly pan on medium heat and cast off the deep-fried pan until golden brown.
Now pour the remaining oil within the pan and fry all the spices.
Now add sliced onion, sliced inexperienced chilies and garlic and fry it.
