Material
Milk: 1 liter
Vinegar: 4 tsp
Sugar: 200 grams (1 cup)
All purpose flour: 2 tsp
Small cardamom: 2-3 pieces

First put the milk to boil, and after the milk boils, turn off the gas.
2. And leave it for 2 minutes. Then put vinegar in it and mix it slowly. And you will see that your milk has become fat.
3. Now put a cotton cloth on a vessel and put the torn milk in it. And then wash it well with water.
4. Then remove the water by pressing it with light hands. Do not let much water come out of the paneer otherwise it will become hard and the rasgulla will not be good.
5. Then leave it tight for two to three hours.
6. Then put the pan on the gas and put 1 sugar and four cups of water and cardamom in it and let the sugar wash on low flame.
7. Till then we make paneer balls, for that take out the paneer in a plate.
8. Then mix it with the back part of your hand.
9. Then put all purpose flour in it and mix it again for 5 minutes.
10. And here you can see that our batter is leaving little ghee, that means our batter is ready to make rasgulla.
11. Then take a little batter and make one tablet and see if the bullet is not cracking, it means that your batter is good, here our bullet is made well, so we will make such simple bullets.

13. And by then your sugar syrup will also be ready. Increase the flame of the gas a little and put the tablet of rasgulla.
14. After a while you will see that the size of the rasgula to be won has doubled.
15. It means your rasgulla is well cooked. Now off the gas and leave it to down for a while.
16. Then take it out in a bowl and leave it to cool for 2-3 hours. (Do not keep it in the fridge)

Then take it out in a serving bowl and serve.
Suggestion:
Do not remove too much water from the paneer.
The rasgulla tablet should be absolutely fine. There should not be any cracks in it otherwise the rasgulla may burst in the sugar syrup.
The syrup should be boiling while pouring the rasgulla tablets.
