How to make Luffa Vegetable
1. Peel the Luffa and cut it into one cm thick.
2. If any Luffa has hard seeds, then remove it.
3. Put the chopped vegetable in water before making it.
4. Heat the ghee in a pan and put it in it Add asafoetida and cumin.
5. When it starts crackling, after frying the ginger a little, add the luffa and stir-fry it on high flame.
6.Add red chilli, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, amchur powder and sugar and cook on low flame.
7.Cover and cook the vegetable, stirring it occasionally so that the vegetable does not burn.
8.If the vegetables start sticking to the pan then you can add some water.
9.When the vegetable is completely cooked, garnish it with green coriander.
