1. Chatpata Aam Panna:-
Aam Panna is one of the most loved Indian beverage in summers. And today we are telling you the recipe of some different spicy aam panna.

* 4 raw mangoes
* 1 cup sugar
* Salt to taste
* 2 tsp rock salt
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 2 tsp Jaljeera powder
* 1/2 cup mint leaves

1. First remove the peel of the mango and separate it and cut the mango and separate the kernels.
2. Now put mango in the cooker, add 1 glass of water and cook till 1 whistle comes.
3. Sieve the ripe mango and then add sugar, salt, cumin powder, jaljeera powder, mint leaves to the mixer and make a smooth paste.
4. Make the emerald thick or thin by adding water as required, then fill it in a glass and serve it cold by adding ice.
Note:-
* You can keep it in an airtight bottle and keep it in the refrigerator, adding water as required and use it anytime for a week.
* If you do not want more spicy Aam Panna, then use 1 pinch black pepper powder instead of Jaljeera powder.
2. Pineapple Emerald
Pineapple is a sour-sweet fruit as well as is very beneficial for health. It increases the immunity of the body.

* 1 cup chopped pineapple
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* Salt to taste
* 1 pinch black pepper powder
* 1/4 tsp chaat masala
* 1/4 tsp cumin powder
* 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder

1. First put 2 cups of water in a pan and heat it. Now put pineapple in it and boil it till it is completely cooked. Keep stirring the pineapple in the water with the help of a spoon.
2. Now keep the pineapple water to cool down and grind the boiled pineapple in a mixer and mix it in this water.
3. Now add sugar, salt, black pepper powder, green cardamom powder, chaat masala and cumin powder to it and mix it well.
4. Keep the pineapple panna in the fridge to cool down and serve the panna chilled.
3. Thandai
You will feel quite refreshed after drinking the thandai prepared with milk, almonds and spices. The method of making this thandai is very simple.

* cup melon seeds
* cup fennel
* cup poppy seeds
*15 cardamom (peeled)
*15 -20 saffron threads
* 1 tsp black pepper powder
* 2.5 cups sugar
* 1 tbsp rose water

1. Mix sugar and 1 cup water in a tapli and boil for 5 minutes on gas oven, after it comes to boil, boil for 5 minutes and cool down, sugar solution is ready.
2. Wash and clean fennel, almonds, melon seeds, cardamom seeds, saffron and poppy seeds and soak them in water for 2 hours.
3. After two hours, remove the excess water from it and peel the almonds and separate the skin.
4. Now add rose water, black pepper powder and the above mixture and grind it finely.
5. Add the finely ground mixture to the sugar solution and sieve it.
6. Add a little sugar solution to the remaining coarse mixture and grind it again till it becomes fine and sieve.
7. Thandai is ready, whenever you want to serve thandai, add ice and milk as required, and serve cold cold thandai.
Note:- * Fill the Thandai in an air tight bottle and keep it in the fridge, you can keep it in the fridge for more than 1 month.
* Using water does not keep the cold for a long time, so use only the above sugar solution in it.
4. Mint Jaljeera
Mint Jaljeera is very tasty. Along with giving coolness and freshness, it also strengthens the digestive power of the stomach. So let's see the method of making Mint Jaljeera.

* 1/2 cup mint leaves
* 1/2 cup green coriander leaves
* 2 lemons (medium sized)
* 1 inch piece ginger
* 1 pinch asafoetida
* 3/4 tsp black pepper powder
* 2 tsp cumin powder
* 2 tsp sugar
* 1 tsp black salt
* Plain salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste

1. Wash and dry the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly.
2. Peel and wash the ginger and cut it into small pieces.
3. Put green coriander leaves, ginger and mint in the mixer, add black pepper powder, cumin powder, sugar, asafoetida, black salt and plain salt, add little water and grind the spices very finely.
4. Take out the ground spices in a vessel and add 4 cups of cold water.
5. Mix well, take out lemon juice and mix, Fresh Mint Jaljeera is ready.
Note:- If you want to know the method of making Jaljeera immediately, then you can use Rambandhu Jaljeera powder, in this you will only need to add ground mint and water as required. Your Pudina Jaljeera will be ready immediately.
5. Kesar Lassi

* 3/4 glass yogurt
* 2 tsp powdered sugar (as per taste)
* 1 tbsp milk
* 10-12 threads saffron
* 1 tbsp lukewarm water
* Dry fruits (finely chopped) - 1 almond, 2 pistachios, 5-7 raisins

1. To make Kesar Lassi, soak the saffron strands in lukewarm water and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
2. Till then, take curd in a vessel and beat it with the help of beater till it becomes smooth.
3. Now adding sugar and milk to it, beat again till it mixes well in curd.
4. Add saffron water to the lassi and beat it again.
5. Serve saffron lassi by garnishing it with chopped dry fruits.
Note:- You can prepare Kesar Lassi immediately by using high quality Kesar Doodh Masala. Boil milk masala in milk for 5 minutes. Beat curd, milk and sugar in the above manner. Delicious Kesar Lassi is ready.
6. Jaljeera star
Jaljeera star keeps the digestive system healthy along with maintaining the temperature in the body. It can also be prepared easily.
Material Required :- (for 2-3 people)
* 1 cup fresh tea
* 2 handful chopped coriander leaves
* 2 handful mint leaves
* tsp black salt
* tsp cumin powder
* 1 finely chopped green chili
* tsp black pepper powder
* 10-12 ice cubes (ice cubes)

1. Grind green coriander leaves, mint leaves, black pepper powder, seeds removed, finely chopped green chilies, cumin powder, black salt and a little curd in a mixer.
2. When the green coriander leaves, mint are fine, add the remaining curd to it and beat it.
3. After this, add ice cubes and blend it, masala buttermilk is ready.
4. Put it in a glass and serve it after sprinkling mint leaves and a little cumin powder.
Instant Jaljeera Stare:- Plain Starch can be prepared quickly but to make Jaljeera Stare, we need a lot of ingredients with some time. If you want to give a different taste to your plain star immediately, then you can use the best Jaljeera Masala as per the taste in the table. 7. Spice Lemon soda

* 8-10 mint leaves
* Ice cubes as required

1. To make Masala Lemon Soda, first put ice, lemon juice and soda in a large jar and mix.
2. Put green chili, sugar and chaat masala in the mixer and grind it.
3. Add a tablespoon of water to it and then add this mixture to the soda mixture.

8. Cucumber Juice

* 1 tsp ginger grated
* 1 tsp black salt

* 4 to 5 ice cubes

1. Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces. 2. Now put cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, mint leaves, black salt, black pepper powder and salt in the mixer and grind them.
3. Then filter the cucumber juice through a sieve in the jug.
