Ingredients for Khajoor Milk Shake




Milk - 2 cups


Dates - 12


Cashews, 3-4


small cardamom - 2


Ice cubes - 1 cup (if you want)


Recipe - How to make Khajoor Shake




Wash the dates thoroughly, remove the stalk and cut the dates into thin pieces.


Cut cashew nuts into small pieces. Peel cardamom and crush it to make powder.


Put the date pieces in the mixer, add some milk and grind them till the dates become very fine. Now add the remaining milk and cardamom powder and beat it well. Add ice cubes and beat once more.


Date shake is ready, serve it by pouring date shake in a glass, garnish with cashew pieces on top.


Suggestion:




Dates are very sweet, we have not added sugar in the shake, if you like more sweetness then you can add honey or sugar as required. You can also serve by adding vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream to the date shake.


You can also serve after filtering the shake.
