Cutting:-
Salguma ki sabji bnane se pehle salgum ko cheel lein or fir chote chote tukdon main kaat lein.fir paani se dho kr ek side main rakh lein
Tadka:-
salgum ki sabji ko tadka lgane ke liye ek kadahi lo. Fir ismain 50 gram ke kareeb sarson oil daal do.oil garm hone ke baad jeera dale.jeera halka laal ho jaye fir lahsun paste dale or thodi der hilaye .fir isme kata hua pyaj dale or laal hone tak pakaye ab isme Haldi,mirch,dhaniya pauder,ya koi apne pasand ka masala bhi add kr sakte hai.masale dalne ke baad tamater dale or hari mirch or adrak bhi ab upr se namak daal de namak apne swad anusar dalna ya 1chamach daal dena ab tadke ko pakne dena. Tadke ko thaodi der pkane ke baad ab ismain salgaum daal de or thodi der hila kr kam aanch pr pakne ke liye chod de jab salgum pak jaye to haara dhaniya or kata hua adrak chidka kr sarve kare
