As soon as it starts boiling, add chenna balls in it and cover it and cook for 7-8 minutes. Do not close the cooker, just cover it from above. If you want, you can also prepare syrup in an open pan. Keep in mind that after 7-8 minutes do not cook at all, otherwise the chenna balls will become hard. Therefore, take care of time.


Milk, condensed milk, chopped dry fruits, kewda water, cardamom powder and saffron are needed to make Rabri.
