Method
First of all, boil eggs in a very tiny vessel on medium heat.
After boiling the eggs, put off the warmth and place the cold water in a very bowl and keep the eggs in it for a few time.
- once the egg cools, peel off the incision with a knife or build a hole within the place with a tooth decide / match stick. (So that the egg may be spiced within the inner half.)
After this, keep the oil in a very pan on medium heat to heat.
After the oil is hot, add coddled egg to that and fry until it becomes light-weight golden from all sides.
After sauteing the eggs, take them come in a plate and add cumin seeds during this oil and fry until they crackle.
After this, add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry it until it becomes golden.
After sauteing onions, add inexperienced chillies and tomatoes, combine well and fry for three to four minutes then cowl and keep for 5-6 minutes.
After the time, once onion and tomato soften well, add black pepper, red chilli, turmeric, garam masala and coriander powder and fry it whereas stirring for two to three minutes.
After this, add salt to that and blend it well and fry it whereas stirring for two minutes.
When the spices square measure cooked well, add water and cook till one to two boil.
After boiling, add egg and cook coated for five to seven minutes.
Turn off the warmth once the mounted time and add coriander leaves and blend well.
Egg curry is prepared, take it come in a bowl and eat it hot with roti or rice and feed it to others.
