recipe:-
for the dough
Flour: 250 grams
Celery: 1/2 tsp
Warm water: 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 tsp
To fill:-
Potato - 200 grams (boiled)
Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green peas - 2 tbsp
Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1/2 inch long piece (grated)
Garlic: 7-8 pieces
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying
How to make samosa recipe:-
First of all, take all purpose flour in the flour and mix it by adding salt, carom seeds, and 3 spoons of oil, then knead it with lukewarm water.

2. Then add a little oil from above and cover it and leave it for 10 minutes.
3. Now put the pan on the gas and put oil in it, then put green chili, peas and garlic finely in it and fry it for 2 minutes.
4. Then add chilli, turmeric, mango powder, coriander powder, garam masala and roast it for a while.
5. Then break the potato and put it in it and add salt and mix it well and then put coriander leaves in it and turn off the gas. (Do not smash the potato)
6. Let the chokha cool down for a while, then we will start making the samosas. Mix the flour one more time and make small balls out of it, roll it into a long roll and cut it from the middle.
7. Then apply water all around it and join the two corners from the side you have cut.
8. Then fill the sharpener in it and give a slight twist on the other side where you have mixed your cone and then with the help of light water, cover the entire core. When the samosa is placed on the plate, it falls)
9. And our samosa is ready to fry. Similarly make samosas from the rest of the dough.
10 Then now heat the oil on the gas and then cook the samosas for 5 minutes on low flame.
11. And now the samosa will be cooked from inside. Now turn it slightly red on medium flame and take out the samosas on the tissue paper.
