-Sabse pehle Chawal ko pani main acchi trah se dho lo.Fir bhigokr 10 min ke liye rakh de.
-Jab tak chawal beeg rahe hai.tb tak Chicken ko dho kr saaf kr len.or pani se nikal kr ek bartan main rakh len.
-Iske baad pyaj or Tamtor ko alg alg kaat len.
-ab ek pan main Ghi daalkr gas on kr den taki ghi pighal jaye.
-Jab ghi garam ho jaye to ismain Pyaj,Hari Ilaychi,Or Badi Ilaychi dalkar bhun len.Fir ismain chicken dalkar acche se bhun len.
-Jab Chiken acche se bhun jaye to ismain Kate hue Tamtor,Adrak,Lahsun ka Pest,Hari mirch,Dahi,Biryani Masala,Or Thoda sa Namak mila den.
